What is unique about Chocolography?
Being launched for the first time in Australia, Chocolography is the only patented technology in the world which can print high resolution, full color pictures and text directly onto the surface of the chocolate.
How is Chocolography different from other technologies?
Chocolography is the only technology which does color printing directly onto the surface of the chocolate unlike other technologies which either use edible paper or fondant sheets to print on, which are expensive and unappetizing.
What type of ink do you print with?
We use FDA approved food coloring to create the images.The ink is 100% edible and has no taste of its own.
Do you charge GST?
All charges are exclusive of GST.
Is there a minimum order for Chocolography products?
There is no minimum order and we can produce as many or as few pieces as you wish. However for large orders it is advisable to contact us, as the production time may differ.
How do I get my photo or logo to you?
You can send your images in any of the following ways:
1) You can upload your image while ordering online.
2) Email a digital image and text message if any to orders@chocolography.com.au along with your order details.
Can I send any image?
Yes you can, but we request that you send us a high resolution image preferably 300dpi in JPEG, Photoshop, Corel or Bitmap formats. The better the photo, the better the reproduction. Keep in mind if it looks jagged, dark or blurry it will print that way.
Can you print a photo with text on top of it?
Yes. Within product size limitations, we can print your image with a text overlay.
Do you deliver anywhere in Australia?
Yes we do. However delivery time and charges may differ.
Are my credit card details safe with you?
At Chocolography Australia, we are committed to providing our customers with a secure shopping environment. How long does it take to deliver my Chocolography order?
The time table varies. It can take from 5 to 10 working days to produce an order after your approval, after which delivery time will depend on the size of the order. If you have a rush order and need it done urgently, please let us know via email and we will try to accomodate your order in every possible way. However additional charges may apply for all rush orders.
How do you ship my order and keep it from melting?
During warm to hot weather conditions, we require all items to be delivered packed with dry ice/ice-packs. It's always best to check on delivery before placing your order as additional charges apply for dry ice/ice-packs.
